Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA)

Book with confidence. Key Travel is a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. All the package and flight-plus holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available.

ATOL

We are bonded by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and carry an Air Travel Organisers Licence to protect our clients.

Business Travel Association (BTA)

Key Travel has been a member of the BTA (formerly GTMC) since 2003. John O'Sullivan, our Managing Director UK and Europe, is on the Board. The BTA is the representative association for the business travel community and travel management companies, with their TMC members accounting for over ninety percent of all managed travel booked in the UK.

International Air Transport Association (IATA)

We are bonded agents of the International Air Transport Association. Each of our offices has an independent license to trade under IATA.

The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people.

CIPS Sustainability Index

Key Travel is CIPS certified. The CIPS Sustainability Index is the independent, cross-sector means of measuring the sustainability of suppliers. It is a collaboration between the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, the University of West England (UWE) and PRGX and was developed to create a consistent sustainability measurement to support purchasing and, in doing so, create significant time and cost efficiencies.
