Group Travel Insurance

We believe that safety and enjoyment are equally important when travelling with Key Travel. We therefore strongly advise that you have adequate travel insurance in place before you travel with us.

Key Travel works in partnership with Endsleigh, to provide our travellers with a group travel insurance policy that has been specifically designed to meet their requirements whilst on their trip.

Policy benefits include:

  • Cover for the specific activities you will be partaking in during your trip
  • Cover from 1 day up to a year available
  • 100 sports and activities covered as standard
  • Cover for international students (registered with a GP in the UK)
  • Cover for travellers aged 16-65 years

Key Travel can include insurance within your overall trip cost to ensure you have sufficient cover should the worst happen while you are away. Your travel consultant will ask you about this during the initial enquiry handling process and will provide a quote based on your requirements.

Sample insurance costs are as follows:

  • 4 days in Europe – £4.08 per person
  • 6 days in USA - £9.56 per person


All Medical Emergencies are handled by CEGA Assistance, one of the world's leading providers of assistance services, offering high quality travel assistance service. All non-medical emergencies are facilitated by Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited, where you will be able to report claims to Endsleigh’s in-house claim team via telephone, email and online.
